Kindergarten

The aim of the diploma thesis is processing of the design documentation for realization of the construction of a kindergarten in Havlíčkův Brod. It is a detached single-storey building that is functionally divided into three basic parts – the middle one, that contains a canteen with a preparation area and a serving hatch of food, and two connected side parts, left one and right one, each one of them is used as a classroom of the kindergarten with capacity up to 20 children for each class. The structural system of the building is created by a masonry system made of hollow bricks. The floor structure is designed of prefabricated prestressed concrete floor slabs, the roofing of the building is made of warm flat roof with extensive green vegetation covering. The external wall is supplied by ventilated facade which one is created by contact thermal insulation and by facade cladding of cement-bonded particle board. The building is set in a lightly sloping terrain.
Apartment building – selected design elements

The first part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the design of selected load-bearing elements of an apartment building, it is a balcony console, a prefabricated staircase and a ceiling structure above a typical floor. The second part is devoted to the assessment of the masonry walls of the building. The output is drawings of the shape and reinforcement of these load-bearing elements. The calculations were performed using SCIA Engineer 19.1, IDEA StatiCa and Microsoft Excel. The drawing documentation was processed by CAD software AutoCAD 2018 with graphic superstructure RECOC.
Fire station

The topic of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a fire station with almost zero energy consumption. The building will serve as a fire station type P4 with the scope of the JPO I unit - a unit of the fire department with a territorial scope, usually within 20 minutes drive from the place of deployment. The designed building is a detached object with two above-ground and one underground floor. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton. It consists of two operating units. The administrative and operational part has three floors. In this part, the main entrance to the building is on the 1st floor, oriented on the south side. The technical rooms of the fire department are located on the first floor and are functionally connected to the administrative part. Exit garages, a car wash and a dryer are also attached to it. Prior to the elaboration of the project, a visit to the regional fire station in Trnava and a consultation with the director of this station took place regarding the needs and requirements of the fire department.
Kindergarten Tlapka

The aim of the diploma thesis is processing of the design documentation for realization of the construction of a kindergarten and library in Lipník nad Bečvou. The building is detached, two-storey, without basement. On the ground floor are the premises of the kindergarten, where two classes with a capacity of up to 20 children are designed. On the second floor there is a library. The structural system of the building is made of sand-lime blocks. The floor structures are of prefabricated prestressed concrete floor slabs. The building is based on concrete strip foundations. The building is covered by a single-layer flat roof. The external wall is covered by ventilated facade system consisting of contact thermal insulation, ventilated gap and metal cassette cladding on the outside. The building is set in flat terrain.
